FAQs

What services do you offer?

I offer individual, one-on-one therapy both in-person and online via tele-health.

Where are you located?

I see clients in-person at the Mindful Therapy Group office in the Denver Tech Center.

Do you accept insurance?

I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Colorado Medicaid, and United.

Private pay sessions are $120 per session, and I also offer a sliding scale rate starting at $75 per session.

What can I expect in a session?

Therapy is a very individualized experience, but at its core it’s a space for you to talk and share thoughts without fear of judgment. My goal is to keep a space for you where you can reflect, learn, and grow. If at any point though something isn’t working, let me know! We’ll always work together to meet your needs and achieve your goals.
